The Boost program is a joint entrepreneurial development workshop between Innovation Works and Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship. The IW Boost packs core business lessons into a powerful three-day workshop to help local, established nonprofit, for-profit and hybrid social enterprise leaders learn business fundamentals, improve their strategic thinking, and articulate a business plan that demonstrates impact, growth, and long-term financial sustainability.

 

By the end of the workshop, participating enterprises will have the strategies and materials to grow their enterprise in a financially sustainable manner and apply for the funding and capacity building programs they need to reach the next level of growth.
